These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between Anabasis Media DOO (Montenegro) (hereinafter — "Developer") and the user (hereinafter — "User") of the Podstr service (hereinafter — "Service").
The Service is an AI subtitle translation tool implemented as a browser extension and associated server infrastructure.
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and fully accept these Terms.
The Service provides automatic translation of video subtitles using artificial intelligence technologies.
The Service processes subtitles that the video platform delivers to the User's browser during normal video playback. The Service does not extract, download, or copy video or audio content.
The Service does not circumvent or violate content protection technologies (DRM).
Translation results are cached on the Service's servers solely for performance optimization and response time reduction. The cache contains only translated text without linking to the content source.
The User must have legitimate access to the video content whose subtitles are translated by the Service (an active subscription to the corresponding streaming service or other lawful basis for access).
The User agrees to use the Service exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to: learning foreign languages; ensuring accessibility of video content; personal viewing of translated content.
The User agrees not to use the Service for: mass downloading or systematic copying of subtitles; commercial distribution of translations; creating databases of subtitles or translations for subsequent distribution; any actions that violate the rights of third parties.
The User is solely responsible for compliance with the terms of use of the streaming platforms whose content they view.
Podstr is not affiliated with Netflix, YouTube, Google, Kinopoisk, or other streaming services and platforms, is not their product, and is not endorsed by them. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Service does not claim intellectual property rights to the original subtitles or the video content to which they relate.
AI translations generated by the Service are created automatically without creative human involvement and are provided to the User "as is" for personal use.
The extension source code is distributed under the MIT license and is available for review.
The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. The free plan includes a limited number of translations per month.
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record. The Developer does not store or process payment data (card number, CVV, etc.).
Pro subscriptions renew automatically. The User may cancel at any time through the Paddle interface. After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period.

The Developer respects the intellectual property rights of third parties.
If you are a copyright holder or their authorized representative and believe that materials hosted on the Service's servers infringe your copyright, you may send a notice to: dmca@podstr.cc
The notice must contain: identification of the work whose copyright is allegedly infringed; a description of the alleged infringement; the claimant's contact information; a statement of good faith; the signature of the copyright holder or authorized representative.
The Developer undertakes to review the notice and take action within a reasonable timeframe.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI translations for any particular purpose.
The Developer is not responsible for interruptions in the Service, data loss, or any damages related to the use of the Service.
The Developer is not responsible for User actions that violate the terms of use of streaming platforms or the rights of third parties.
The Developer's aggregate liability to the User is limited to the amount paid by the User for the use of the Service in the last 12 months.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms with notification to Users through the Service interface or on the podstr.cc website.
Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new version.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Montenegro.
