Podstr offers a free plan with 5 translated episodes per month, so you can try the Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate whether Podstr meets your needs.
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
After the 7-day period, refunds are generally not available, as the Service provides immediate access to digital content. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
Refunds are not available for automatic subscription renewals. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@podstr.cc with your account email and a brief description of the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. All refunds are processed through Paddle. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
